Because If the general populous doesn’t know about the history of REAL HIP-HOP before the 90’s or who is the DEEPEST,DOPEST, MOST SCIENTIFIC & OR REVOLUTIONARY rite now how else would they vote???No. Most People {who do vote} & VIBE MAGAZINE are gonna vote on the SHALLOW END OF THE POOL!!!LOL!!! & 4 RAPPERS who are most popular over the Radio, BET or MTV and make them feel HAPPY.^__^ Sh%T And If it’s a teenager {he or she} is gonna vote on who their parents or classmates have been listening to FOR THE PAST 16 YEARS "ALL THUGED OUT & PIMPED OUT".AINT NOTHIN CHANGED!!! See On this Blog WHAT IZ REAL HIP-HOP II??? I report the latest news in “REAL” and or“RELEVANT” Hip-Hop wither I’m a fan of that particular artist or not. I simply address what is the latest in Real ,Important or “relevant” Hip-Hop news and what people are talking about “along” with what I deem personally important. I do my best to remain “bias” and not give 2 much of my “personal opinion” unless I really like that artist. Now for example… My last Blog was on D.O.A. by Jay-Z and I tried to put it gently that I’m “not” a Jay-Z fan. I was simply reporting the news. So people would be informed on “ONE SONG” that held weight in the current mind state of Real Hip-Hop, addressing the issue of Auto-tune. Not the totality of this man’s work. See on this blog I have to often put on my “JOURNALIST HAT” and report the latest in “up to date” REAL and or “RELEVANT” HIP-HOP news. Wither I like that artist or not. Honestly yall I’m a Rakim, Canibus, Wu-tang, Dead Prez, Roots, Busta Rhymes, Mos Def, Common, Talib Kweli revolutionary fan of HEAVY SCIENTIFIC REAL HIP-HOP!!! and The Bottom line is because I’m a Revolutionary ya boy Cali does not agree with 99% of what artist like Jigga or lets say Eminem produce YET I "still" reported the news on them to be "fair" and "unbiased" on this blog ya feel me??? Like I said in my last blog if you don’t have something nice to say about somebody don’t say anything at all. Now I just swallowed my pride and listened to D.O.A. by Jigga & it’s well… O.K. and seeing that I’m not a big Jigga fan that’s a hell of a complement. Mainly because Auto-tune has gone hay wire in the Industry, so I’m glad somebody addressed the issue. Now did he go “cut throat” and name name’s or specifics??? nope. All except for “skinny jean’s” & "T-Pain’in it” It’s Still commercial in my opinion. So with that said & done there’s an old saying “if you can’t say something nice about somebody don’t say anything at all.“ I’ve never addressed the Jigga man on either of my blog’s for that reason up until now.
